I'm 45 and was getting glasses for the first time. I hated the idea of wearing glasses but couldn't wear contacts... needless to say I looked at glasses for 2 hours and left without any. I came back 2 days later and spent an hour and finally found some. My reason for telling you this is that the Lady working those days was named Eleanor I believe, a beautiful older lady! She was soooo helpful and never lost patience with me. She continued both days to help me find a pair I liked. She answered my 100 questions without so much as a sigh! I could not have received any better help anywhere else. I will definitely be back!

Yeah when I went in to get the glasses. It took forever for then to write the paperwork up. Then they never called me to notify me that my glasses were ready.
