Horrible management, no communication, no respect for there animals, no respect for their customers either. Owner yells at customers and walks away in front of them ignoring them. The other workers are very respectful I’ll give them that very nice and hardworking. Doesn’t matter if your first in line or last in line, you might be the last one to receive your product. Meat taste is good(if you get lucky with the animal you pick) but still that doesn’t matter to me because of how I was treated and how the animals are treated isn’t right or fair. Also, there animals are very very very skinny, no food given to the animals, and reason I know they’re not feed was a worker there told me that “they haven’t feed these animals in three days”. I’m a man of respect for all creation and how the animals and humans were treated, I could never go back I’m sorry. Also, please sanitize the place no one there can stand the smell very very very bad. If it wasn’t for the KN-95 mask, I’d honestly pass out due to the smell. Not very sanitized or clean I don’t recommend this place to anyone doesn’t meet the health guidelines either.

Absolutely worst company I have dealt with. Terrible communication, the place is filthy, even for a slaughter house standards. They do not follow thru on promises or prices negotied. I never write reviews but this \business\ wasted almost a month of my time.

We called to order meat for the store and 3 days later we still do not have our order and every time if they picked up the phone Imad will claim the driver is on his way ( looks like he will come from Alaska thats why he never made it). I gave them a pass the first time we worked with them and gave them a second chance, but punctuality is definitely not their strong suite nor their product remains fresh. Sorry but this is not how you should run your business and people should stay away from those who claim business under religion

I go there once in 3, 4 month and during the holidays and I am always satisfied with everything. Excellent customer service. Everyone is very nice and very friendly.
