Last year, I had them perform some minor under-sink valve and pipe replacements. Since then, my water heater needed replaced. After making the decision to go with a tankless system, we also decided to install a water softener - to protect the investment. and the rest of our plumbing. Chris worked with me on the estimates; he was very polite, knowledgeable, and laid back - no sales pressure. Bob Means was the actual installer. He is a genuine pro. He is courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. His craftsmanship is impeccable. And, he cleaned up afterwards. We got lucky picking his firm last year (from a Google search); and now I know where to go for my plumbing needs.

Bob Means was the third quote I requested on a job, the others got back to me in 24 - 48 hours. 2-3 weeks later I still haven't heard from Bob Means.
This a review of Bob Means - The human - rather than the service he provides as a plumber. Earlier today I was stuck in a tough situation, having locked my keys and phone inside my vehicle while at a gas station. He saw I was in need and, despite needing to be at a meeting in 10 minutes, took the time to help me out and find me a service to unlock my vehicle. He was polite, kind, and left only once he was sure someone was on their way to help me. I cannot speak for his services as a plumber, but as a human I rate him 5 stars. Thank you Bob!
years ago used a different plumber to do some bathroom work in my house, badddd experience, sloppy work and tacked on additional cost once the job was done. I was recommended to bob means plumbing, but you never know what to expect. I can say I was pleasantly surprised. The plumber took 4 hours to resolve my issue, but i was billed the actual estimate. I really expected to be billed more but bob means kept to the estimate....thanks
Bob and Kyle of Bob Means Plumbing worked in our house on a major plumbing project and did an outstanding job. They are professional, super neat, listen honestly and was a true pleasure to work with them both. (my wife thinks the chocolate chip cookies she made helped!). I will recommend them for integrity and responsible work. Joe
