Absolutely out of date. Spends probably millions on a new building in LC. Outlandish fees unless you go in and had them cash or check. This isn't the 80's anymore. Completely automated outage notifier. God forbid you speak to a human. Power goes out at least once a week. If there was another option I'd be using it.

The WORST people on the planet work here!! The collections department probably is the most non-empathetic people i have ever had to talk to!!! People have lives, and they make it more difficult!! This is a pandemic, people are struggling, and these people are just horrible!!! KUB is doing it right.
