Went to look at a vehicle, when I told him I was interested in his vehicle, I talked to the salesman a little about it. I was seriously interested, he seemed to have no interest in the sale. We talked about my truck and he said he wouldn't be interested in my 2 year old truck as trade, and he surely wouldn't trade it for his! I never said anything about that. I then said I'd like to give his vehicle a test drive to see if I liked it. He said \If you're not going to buy it then no test drive.\ OK so there was an awkward silence of me being baffled he just said that...I then decided to walk away in disbelief. Keep your precious vehicle...

We bought a Subaru Impreza from Reggie's (salesman Chuck) around May, 2017. Very easy going, no pressure, no hassles. Here's everything you need to know in one tale: older Subarus all need their head gasket changed which is a costly job. We found out through our mechanic (we had them evaluate the car before we purchased) that Reggies already changed the head gasket AND the timing belt and the water pump -- proactively -- before putting the car on their lot. They easily could have not done this, pocketed all that money, and sold us a car that might have problems later. But when a used car dealer is proactively fixing problems so you won't get stuck six months down the road ... that's a great place to do business! We were very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend them.
