Management is not understanding. This company only “cares” for their employees while they’re still in the building. After that anything can happen. Favoritism is the most famous trend at this job. If you’re not someone’s favorite don’t expect to get very far here. If you’re all about the high school drama life though please come apply and either listen or get involved in all the unnecessary drama ;)

An incredible workplace! The people make work fun and enjoyable. The management genuinely cares and helps to build you up. I have worked at several other places, worked my butt off and it was all for nothing. This is the only place that I have been able to work my butt off and see the fruits of my labor.
