The cobbler was able to get the boots done in a timely manner(wed-sat) and the boots turned out well. Price wasn’t bad, 100 for complete resole and conditioning. BUT something felt rushed only putting 1/2 a sole on the heal on the inside. My biggest complaint is my husband has to completely re-brake them in and not sure if it’s possible. I’m a size 9E womens and they fit me perfect (besides length) when the boot size is men’s 12EE.. the fit is completely changed almost feels like a D. He has a hard time getting his foot in due to the size change. So we will need to figure out a way to re brake them in .

I've had this pair of shoes re-souled probably half a dozen times now. 200 shoes, 50 to make them better than brand new again. I'm absolutely amazed every time how good they look. Saves me money. I'm very happy.
I surprised my husband by taking his brown dress shoes here that were scratched and worn for a simple polish. We are so impressed with the quality of the polishing work done. They look almost totally restored!! And only for 10! We will definitely be going back and recommending this place. :)

I've been going there for years. Amazingly reliable, consistent, great quality work. They make badly worn shoes look brand new. Saves tons of money over repeatedly buying good, high-end, business shoes over and over again. I've also had a belt and purse repaired there. Sometimes you have to wait a moment or two for someone to come to the counter - give them a minute. They are craftsmen at work doing what they do best. Always treated politely. You will not be sorry.
