Two lines of trucks, red line for parking and yellow is the actual line for guard shack. Parking along street as well. ID and paperwork required when checking in. Arrived two hours early, was instructed to park and wait. Received a door about an hour and a half after arrival. If not given a door park truck in open spots of dropped trailer area. Receiving is located in the middle where a bright orangish red flag is. Don't leave on green light, they'll call when done. Can pay capstone over the phone. You'll receive confirmation when bills are ready. Done within an hour of receiving a door. Can shut and seal before exiting.

Great place in at 1100 am out at 1400 pm. Not bad at all and got some sleep!!!

Guardshack lady is sweet as pie. I'm thinking typical Monday. Appt' was for 11am, checked in at 10:35, but I am still waiting for a dock assignment 45 minutes after my appointment. Hope it won't be to long, I have to head to Laporte from here and be on time for an 8am reload tomorrow. Won't make it if these guys waste all my log hours.

The reviews from other drivers about this place are true. Be prepared to wait a LONG TIME to get unloaded. It’s best to arrive 2 hours before your delivery time because there might be 15 to 20 trucks backed up at the gate. This place will eat your clock up! Drivers beware!

Nice big clean place paling over night in driveway But Slow!!!!! To unload We have been on the dock to unload for 4 1/2 and still here !!!
