Got our custom made security door installed last week. The door is beautiful and the quality is clearly very high. The install was fast and looks perfect, and the installer Chris was very friendly and went through all aspects of the door with us. Anthony and Jennifer were great to work with throughout the sales process as well. Really a great experience with everyone we spoke to. Yes the install was moved back a week as I saw other reviews have mentioned, but their manager reached out and explained the situation (they had to shut down for a week due to COVID illness in the factory). I was more than happy to accommodate them under the circumstances (a little patience this year people common!), and the end result speaks for itself. Good people, good products: I would highly recommend Liberty.

We had a really difficult time with our installation of window well covers. I understand COVID has made everything difficult for many people, but we had multiple missed appointments with no communication. Products are okay, but do not seem to be as heavy duty as we saw in the showroom. Important note: the president of the company did reach out to us and provided a pretty good discount off our final payment when I provided feedback to our sales person. That's the only reason I moved this from 1 star to 2.

I ordered five window well covers 12 weeks ago. When I paid the one half deposit I was told installation would be in 9 weeks. The installation scheduled for tomorrow was cancelled this evening. Liberty has my money and I have heard nothing but excuses and promises. Very, very poor experience. UPDATE: after 13 weeks I received my window well covers. The materials used in manufacturing this set are nothing like the set I purchased from them three years ago. They look cheap and flimsy. I will not do business with them again and advise others to go elsewhere.

Junior installed our door and did an excellent job. He was very personable. We found in 150 coupon in a local home magazine and a flyer. The door looks great. We got a screenWith it so we have cross ventilation.

The crew of Erich and Seth were very good. They were quickly done with the installation and spent 10-15 minutes explaining how the awning worked and what to to do to protect. Well done guys.
