Wow, talk about bait and switch. Dealer won't honor an signed contract for a new vehicle. A sales person and manager that signed the agreement doesn't even understand their own dealer incentives and pricing says a lot about a company. They could of course make it right, but have chosen not to, Even though the same deal was also offered at an out of state VW dealership. Typical, trying to keep local and support the economy..... Buy once again forced to buy it out of state. What happened to personal honesty and accountability???? Stay Away from liberty superstores!!! A "misunderstanding on incentives".... That was signed by two employees and went unchecked for three weeks while the vehicle was in transit?......I think not.

They got me a great car, but just very unorganized. NO communication really. I felt like I had to jump through hoops just to get my title.... Took well over 45 days to get my title. I was given so many excuses. Definitely not worry free. I was driving around illegally, after a one time extension of 15 because i needed to get to work. I Would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. The only reason i put three stars is because so far the car is great, but overall the customer service sucked.
