Fast, friendly service. Jesse Trevino, our installation technician was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a chairlift for one of your loved ones.

The installers, Wally and Jimmy arrived right on time. They did an excellent job and answered all questions I asked. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Left the place nice and clean. 6 stars !!!

Great company! Representative showed various solutions to our problem. We needed a steeper ramp than CT code.He spent time with the town, explaining why we had to have this angle. Service tech did a great job assembling the ramp.High quality materials & good looking also.

This is a long story, and I only want to share this because I am sure there are other daughters and sons like me who move in with an ailing parent. My father's house was lovely, but all of the entry and exit places required going down stairs or a sloping lawn. The garage is built under the house, but again, requires going down a flight of stairs. Even if he could, carefully, maneuver outside, we live in New England and when snow flies that option is off the table. I chose Lifeway as opposed to the nationally named brand because they were LOCAL. The salesman, Matt Randazzo, came out to my dad's, was lovely, did not show any distaste for the fact that my dad was incontinent, and smelled like it. He was respectful, he was a sweetie. The team that came and installed, again, kind, gentle and efficient. Then when I had to move my dad to assisted living, we have this chair lift that cost 5 grand, so I had them take it out, store it and install it in my house for another 1100 bucks. Again, Matt, again installation team. But they are right next door. When I call with an issue, I speak to a person who is local. Real people answer the phones. The only bad news about this is that sometimes when you are on the second floor, you want an EXPRESS button.

Recently had a Bruno stairlift installed for our dad. The installers were very professional and courteous; they did a great job. Our dad is very pleased with the chair lift and the independence it gives him.
