Excellent service regarding my CPAP order for supplies from Adrianne Hamilton. She was professional, yet very friendly and knowledgeable. I left her office feeling well taken care of and confident that if I have any questions or issues, she is more than capable of assisting me. Just because someone is *cranky* on the phone is not enough of a reason to miss out on this employee, Adrianne, who is perfect! I recommend her to anyone needing advice and more regarding breathing issues.

Every woman I have spoke to at this business has been either rude or not very smart. The man who services my machine is very nice, and Adrienne Hamilton, the girl who gave you my new machine, was very nice and helpful. The people who called me on the phone to arrange for my supplies for my BiPAP machine are the rudest people I have ever talked to. They want personal information over the phone to verify the order, but I won’t give them my address over the phone. In today’s world, why should I have to, with all the scams going around. Also, I just don’t see where it’s necessary if nothing has changed. These orders have come to the same address for four years . I’m looking for another company to handle my machines and supplies, I don’t need this headache.

Every single time I call... they are sooo rude. There is no option to get someone local. When I get someone in a call center.. I just get 'you need to call back and press the right button'.. umm there isnt one. They took forever. Are rude as hell. 2-3 years ago, they came out to your house. Now I have to go to them to get my equipment?! You didnt treat my this way! I shoulda went back to Owens!
If your Doctor sends you there ask for another Company! There billing is out of Washington D.C. Both our Insurance have paid and we are being harrased. I have called the local number in Chico and was told we have to deal with this other billing Co. They send out confusing messages that your doctor has asked you to call them, Lindcare outsources all it's billing. We have our EOB's that they were paid! Lindcare will not talk about anything it's all outsourced. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND THEIR BILLING COMPANY! UNLESS YOU WANT CONSTANT PHONE CALLS STATING THINGS YOUR DOCTOR DID NOT ORDER!!!
