I used them 4 times in the last 2 years and very happy with the great service, very detailed, affordable price, amazing customer service, easy to work with. They offer discount for return customer. I skipped house inspection one time when I bought one rental property and I regret it. House inspection gave you legal reason to bargain/negotiate the sale price with seller and it's good for your knowledge, to be aware of what the condition/value of the property you're buying.
