We are in the process of building a home, so when our washing machine broke down I turned to our trusted builder (Vantage Pointe Homes) for a referral. They recommended Andy's Appliance Repair. Our machine broke down on Sunday, the tech (Phillip) came out Monday. Upon diagnosis and the okay to move forward he ordered the part. Andy's called me Tuesday to get me on the schedule to install the part. Phillip came out today (Thursday) and our washing machine is as good as new. Their pricing is very transparent as well, the service charge is due on their first visit. That amount is applied to the final bill. Andy's has shown us how professional they are and have earned a customer for life.

Andy's is amazing. Had a dryer go out and was all set to spend 800 to replace it. Last minute, I decided to ask around for a better option, and had a friend recommend Andy's. They were able to come to my house same day, diagnose the problem, fix it, and clean it so it wouldn't happen again, all in about an hour! They had all the parts they needed on-hand as well, no running back to the shop or having to order and wait a few days. Best of all, the cost was more than fair, saving me several hundred dollars at the least. Plus, of course, there's the year-long warranty to make sure it's good for a least a year. Highly, highly recommend!
Adam came to fix a ripped door boot on our front load washer. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He took his shoes off at the door. He answered all our questions and repaired our washer quickly after the part came in. Highly recommend.
