I recently took in my Dodge Journey for some service needs. H.I.S. put on my tires for me and test drove, as well as repairing my front breaks. A mechanic called to confirm with me what was going to be completed and also gave me an estimate of services. They also gave me a ride to and from my apartment while my car was being worked on. Impressed with the quality and price of services. Will definitely be returning in the future!!!

Made reservation in person yesterday (Friday) to pick up a 15' box truck. The kid I made the reservation with set our pick-up time for 6:30pm tonight. He said it \should\ be there on time \if the guy drops it off on time\ but that they were \open 'til 8pm in case it runs a little late\. The official store hours for tonight are Open until 9pm. We drove over to pick up the reserved box truck arriving at about 7 minutes before 7pm (6:53pm ) only to find the store dark and a paper sign in the window informing us \CLOSED EARLY AT 7 FOR FOOTBALL GAME\. We had a reservation at this business. The young men working at this business chose to ignore their job, blow off their obligations to customers, and leave us high and dry without the truck we were counting on because theu wanted to go have fun. They closed 2 hours early to go watch a local football game because its fun, customers be damned. If HIS AUTOCARE cannot take its responsibilities as an official Uhaul location, then Uhaul should stop allowing HIS AUTOCARE to represent them. And when your employees start closing up shop early to go have fun, and blow off customers counting on them to do thier jobs...thats when its time to reconsider how serious those employees are about keeping their jobs.
Sells kerosene at a fair price for my heater, nice not having to run all the way across Lincoln when I am on the southeast side.

Friendly and prompt service. They installed my new tires, got everything checked, and returned my car back to me all in just about an hour!
