Let me start by saying. This place has such beautiful views. When hurricane zeta came through it knocked power out at our home base campground. So husband and I decided to head to another which was closer to his work. And riverbay resort was our pick. I called and manager said she wasn't sure yet if a lot was open that would fit our camper but to give her an hour and she would call me back. And she sure called back. She found a spot and had it ready for us to put our rv when we got there. It was Halloween weekend and we decided to stay a week to give our campground a chance to get electric back on. Our kids had a blast being able to trick or treat at the campground. We stayed the rest of the week and enjoyed the beautiful view every morning and evening. Manager Danielle was very nice and helpful. We actually didn't want to leave haha. Only thing I wish they had which I wish it everywhere I go that dont have one is a laundromat. But that may just be me I love doing laundry lol. But all and all its a great place with friendly staff and very nice lots.

Nice hidden location close to the interstate and the I-20 Bridge. Great location on the lake. Nice lots on the water.
It's like a trailer park for the upper middle-class. Want to live in a cramped space less than a stones throw away from your neighbors, but without the risk of meth lab explosions nearby? This is the place for you. You'll be surrounded by floks throwing back Nattie-lights just like Jim Bob over in the white trash projects, but you'll be doing so in a 200k-300k RV, and you won't even have to beat your wife to impress your friends.
