Took multiple calls to the service department to finally get my vehicle in. I was told parts were on order and they'd call me when they arrived. I never got a call so I called back only to find out nobody ordered the parts and there was no record of me even calling. There seems to be no communication. So I gave them another shot anyways. I was quoted over 2500 in repairs. I just had all the same work done at another Ford dealership for 1600. Needless to say I've lost trust in Victory Lane.

Service department is AMAZING. My car boke down as I was traveling from Iowa and had it towed here. Chris was so patient and got me squeezed in. They couldn't fix it ( part had to be programed at a Nissan dealer) but he did help me find some where that could . Class act here Victory Lane Ford Thanks for going above and beyond
