It was great. I was in a bad lease and you guys saved me. My experience at the dealership was wonderful. Everyone there is nice, pleasant and patient. The atmosphere of the dealership made me feel at ease about being there. The two salesmen that took care of me Marquis and A. Jones were wonderful. Even the finance department was great. I let everyone know to go there. Thank you so much for getting me into my first NEW car.

Let me tell you guys about Marquis. He won’t even come off as a salesperson, it’s just something about him that’s almost like an extended family member. Meanwhile, he is so knowledgeable about his cars, you would think he owned all of them. I swear he told me about every feature on the car and I was blown away by his knowledge. I came in pretty sure about what I wanted and he went above and beyond to get me what I needed. I am in love with my car and super happy. I wish I could remember the finance manager’s name, but he was absolutely awesome as well. I would totally recommend Nalley. I didn’t feel like I was swimming with sharks, more like friends.

Our Sales Professional was Ms LaTonya Ella; she's professional, personable, knows her product and talking to her is like having conversation with a friend. Their prices are very competitive .

After a lot of research, and desd ends, I found a car online that I was interested in. I called to inquire about the availability, and began my business relationship with Marcus. I knew exactly what I wanted, and already handled my financing. I let Marcus know, and he began to work his magic. He never tried to upsell me to a newer car, or pressure me. He was able to get me to the price point I desired, and was honest, helpful, and friendly the whole time. I would highly recommend him to anyone that's looking for a new car. Thanks Marcus!
