Great job guys! I really appreciate you guys delivering our order to our church in Mableton and the t-shirts were a hit at our pastors anniversary celebration. God Bless!

Was referred to PrintCo from a co-worker who had family reunion t-shirts printed here to get business cards and corporate apparel embroidered. From the first contact until delivery (yes they delivered my order to my Buckhead office) was a great experience. The sales staff was knowledgeable and help me pick out the perfect business cards. They also helped me understand the embroidery process and made sure I was pleased with how it would look before placing one stitch. I have found a new business partner for all of my marketing needs. Thanks guys and gals at PrintCo for all of your help!

I don't write many reviews, however I had to write about the special treatment we received from the sales people at Print Co. I originally contacted them to have some specialized embroidery done on our dance team. We needed to have our teams logo embroidered with 3D metallic thread on 45 sweatsuit jackets and pants. Our previous embroider failed to mention he wouldn't be able to have our order complete for 3 weeks due to his backlog. Well we had a competition in a week and a half so that wouldn't work. After contacting Print Co they not only were able to embroider the sweatsuits, they had them hand delivered to our event the day before. We did have to pay a rush fee to have them turned around so fast, but it wasn't that bad and well worth it to have the job completed so nicely and on time.

I responded to an ad posted by this company on Craig's List for custom shopping bags. I got a response from the sales manager, Brian Griffin, stating that they could fulfill my request but would like more information about what I wanted. It was over 24 hrs after I submitted the requested information when I realized I hadn't gotten a response from Brian. I then called the office before he told me in so many words that their services were too costly for me and that I couldn't afford to pay their asking price. He gave me the impression that they offered a number of types of printing services, only to tell me later in the conversation that they only do printing for materials like fabrics, plastics, woods, but not really paper. I was strictly asking for a price quote and after beating around the bush, he quoted me a price of 3.00 per bag. He told me that I would be better off ordering my bags from China or getting stickers made with my logo on them to paste on my bags. Yep, I asked him for a number and before he gave that number to me, he told me to contact someone in China or get some stickers made. I'm sure we're all familiar with the Oprah Winfrey experience in Switzerland. Was it racism or just being plain ole prejudice? I'm sure he'll write it off to saying \I'm black. What do you mean?\ This company just lost out on a long term business relationship. I'll never really know how to rate this company from a customer's standpoint because I wasn't really extended an offer to truly do business with them. I feel bad that my rating has to be solely based on a \sales pitch\ but I'd rather not give money to a company who places prejudices on people. I hope they do better soon but as of now, one star is all I can give. Good luck PrintCo! By the way, does anyone know of a printing company that actually does custom shopping bags; one that respects even their potential customers? If so, please write it in your review.
