4.49 Hannah is good at her job and service oriented. And, this is where the paitent people and good looking people shop....and it's right next to the Boulder Running company. Please give Hannah a raise, bring me this jeep as a company vehichle, and go to Amazon for this hard working women's sandles. Or, shop local. Oh, yeah, good grief, Amazon is local. Does Wonder Woman live in pine brook hills now, and, might I borrow her jet?

Absolutely atrocious customer service. You can go in person and get a print job started, provide everything you want, and all you get are excuses of why it gets forgotten and why things aren't happening. Even after repeatedly inquiring and providing again everything needed, a very basic print job gets forgotten (by both Abby and Josh) and proofs not sent. Taking our business to Office Depot because this location is too poorly managed and they are too happily wasting customer time.

I am glad I don't have to deal with these folks more often and have other choices. They are unreliable to get the most basic prints done. I concur with some of the negative reviews and can only assume that the positive ones are done by relatives or the employees themselves. But, a 3.5 on average clearly shows a trend of just how poorly run this place is.
