WOULDNT HELP ME CANCEL AN ORDER THAT WE PLACED 3 WEEKS AGO THAT THEY SAID WOULD BE IN RIGHT AWAY IF I PLACED THE ORDER ONLINE. CALLED ANOTHER SEARS AND THEY CAN CANCEL RIGHT IN STORE BUT UNFORTUNETLY I DIDNT PURCHASE FROM THAT STORE AND COULDNT HELP ME BUT AT LEAST HE TRIED TO HELP. NOW ON THE PHONE LINE GOING ON 23 MIN ON HOLD EXTREMELY HIGH CALL VOLUME.

Awesome sears! Just bought a new riding mower and they gave me a free tank of gas and made sure it ran good before I left the store answered all the questions I had and even helped me load it! Great customer service!
