We have been using the Service Dept at Bale Chevrolet for 25 years. They do a fantastic job! Not only are they reasonably priced but they are courteous and efficient. Each staff member is so friendly. Cara, Dustin and Tonya take great care of each member of our family. We all drive chevrolets and will continue to do so because we can trust them to take care of us.

Will wish I could say it was a perfect visit, would I go back yes but charged full price but did not fix it but gave us ideas on how to fix it ourselves. Electrical problem. Hard to track sometimes

Well I bought a Used Ford Focus from this dealership at the end of Dec. They did a great job hiding the smoke smell in the vehicle when I was there but didn’t last long. I was also charged for a Detailing and found a lot of gunk all over the car, so try to avoid being charged for detailing and get it done by a professional. With a pandemic going on definitely figured the car would have been spotless. The floor hadn’t even been shampooed because I could still feel the tar from the smoke. Also decided to take a look and see if they would have been courteous enough to change the cabin air filter do you the previous owner being a smoker but it was black and looked like it had mold all over it... I was texting one of their salesman and noticed that a head rest was missing in one of the photos and asked if they had it or not and he said “Oh they probably just have it in the shop.” On arrival they told me there is not a head rest and I will have to buy one myself. No floor mats included and was also told I will have to buy those as well. They definitely get you in an out quickly but not much for customer care when you’re out the door. Just another standard dealership with standard salesman.

I had an appointment to get my Chevrolet Volt serviced at this dealership. When I got there they told me that they didn’t have a service tech that felt comfortable enough to work on my electric car. They literally had a new Chevrolet Volt for sale out on their lot and yet they say they can’t service them. I ended up taking my car to Russell and they fixed all of the problems I was having with the car and Chevrolet covered the bill along with giving me a very nice Malibu courtesy car.
