Great experience, I met my salesman Zack Allen being his Facebook friend. I told him details of what I wanted and expected. He delivered beyond 10x, he wouldn't let me walk out that door unhappy. The color I wanted wasn't on the lot but the next day, he had came through. I am a first time car buyer of a 2021 Jeep Cherokee and I love it. Thank you Zack for going over and beyond. I drove 6 hours to pick up my new RAM truck from Steve Landers. I found it on there website, called them to confirm availability and drove down the next day to pick it up. Communication was excellent and when I arrived, the truck and paperwork were ready to go. The whole process took about 30 minutes. Absolutely flawless experience and would recommend to anyone. I told him what I wanted before I got there and did all my paperwork online, so when I made it all I had to do was sign my paperwork.
