Just like most people said for me. Arrived 4:45 for 5:00 appointment and got right in a door. Then it took a total of 2 1/2 hours to unload 2 pallets and capstone charged 190! Very nice people but that’s just ridiculously slow!

I was totally amazed at the friendliness and helpfulness of the guard and receiving department. The broker gave me the wrong appointment time but they still gave me a door. The drivers entrance is on 65th street not on frozen drive

So I arrive at 7am for my appointment they get me right to a Door. Everyone is Polite from the Guard to the Capstone Unloaders. I go in to find out how much longer because it's 9am now. So this Karen I guess a Manager of some kind get Load and tries to talk at me. Saying when they finish I have no time. Thank God Her Co Manager comes in mid sentence and says I can give you an guess time. I Real appreciate Him the Southern Belle was gonna Hear words I would have had to ask forgiveness for. I want book another load Hear again to time consuming

JUST A LIFE

The people at the receiving are polite and friengly, but the unloading is very slow. For a long time, my appointment is 12 hours, but I already stand more than. 1 star for the speed of unloading, very lazy and slow people working here
