Had a dishwasher delivered yesterday, and the guys who delivered it were great! They were both very friendly and professional. They did the job efficiently and to standard, and overall am very happy with their work. The dishwasher works great too!

We have had two really good experiences with Hunter. The first was a service call for our washer. The tech was great. He solved the problem inexpensively and gave us good tips on how to properly use the machine. The second was the purchase of a gas range to replace an electric unit. Hunter price matched the big box stores, helped to coordinate delivery with the plumber doing the gas conversion. No gaps in food prep! And we love the new range. We should give thanks to have a local retailer who knows how to do it right. We will return for the next purchase, for sure.

I like to support local businesses and buy local. Unfortunately my recent experience with Hunter Appliance has left me quite disappointed. The problem is with the sales department and their lack of communication. More disappointing is the lack of honesty, respect, and trust with the customer. On several occasions, phone calls and emails went completely ignored. When I did speak with Howie or Mike they would promise to get back to me with an update on installation date of an in stock item, after waiting 4-5 days for a call back, I would need to follow up with them again. Each time they would give me a status on my backordered item, which I was not concerned about. I knew the item would take a few months to come in and I was completely ok with that. I was told by the installer that he was still waiting for confirmation on duct size and unit measurement from his initial inquiry 3 weeks ago on the in stock item. Bottom line is the sales gave the impression that they don't care whether you purchase from them or not. Which leads me to believe that if I required service sometime in the future, I would be met with the same indifference. I decided to purchase my appliances from another vendor.
