I used to be a patient back in late 2000’s and I had an amazing councilor but! The practitioner who proscribed my meds caused me to collapse into tears from anxiety when I didn’t tell my father something on command. Though that one experience ruined my time there I shortly moved and went to their other location in North Tonawanda and had an awesome kind and understanding practitioner and counselor so much so I got my anxiety and depression under control enough and have the skills to handle it on my own.

The staff is always friendly and has been great with scheduling my 3 children together for my convince...I've never had any bad experiences here and my oldest child has been here for 5years
