This review is not just for this store but for corporate as well. I am appalled that I specifically called the store BEFORE creating a shipment and paying for shipping charges to ask if they could print the shipping label STICKER for me. I was told yes that wouldn’t be a problem to email them the label and they could print it out. Great. Get to the store and am told that they can’t print a sticker label unless I bring them the box to scan... there’s no label on the box to scan which is why I’m trying to have it printed out. She instead hands me a stack of labels printed on computer paper with the top cut off so my company name and return address isn’t on them. I can’t use that! Called the corporate office and spoke to Sean, Van, and Maggie, yes 3 different people who all told me that ups cannot print ups shipping label stickers!!!! You are a shipping company and cannot print your own shipping label stickers???? Absolutely absurd.

Great store to go to! All of their equipment was up and running and the staff was very nice! I didn’t know what I was doing when I walked in and they were very understanding with my questions. I needed to print a label and they even helped me out by telling me that USPS picks up from their location! Which saved me a stop! I would definitely recommend this store! Fast, equipped, and accepting off other companies packages!

This ups is usually nice but there was very bad customer service. Also their printer does not work and the lady got an attitude with me and was very rude. I would not recomend this place. I hope she knows she narrowly evaded me reporting her to her manager. I might actually do so.

DDS down the road wanted a document that I had to print out. UPS store employee got me in and out in under 5 minutes. Kudos!

Went in having no clue how to do a return from Amazon and the lady working in here was beyond nice and patient. Thank you so much for being so nice! Great customer service y'all!!!
