Woodland and the staff are incredible. The level of care, dedication, and attention are unmatched by any other vet we have ever been to. Both the vets and staff care for each pet as if it were their own, and it really shows. I recommend Woodland to anyone in the area who needs a vet because the quality of care is unmatched, from calling us while we are out of the country to update us on a pet to holding our hands through the most difficult days. They are always available and are so helpful.

All the staff was very compassionate from the time I called them until the end. They gave us all the time we wanted in the room with our boy before he passed and afterwards. We greatly appreciate how they treated us and our baby during a very hard and terrible time.

We have a regular veterinary clinic that takes care of our animals, but twice in the last few years we have used Woodland for after hours emergency care. Both times, although we were there because we needed euthanasia services, we felt very well cared for by both staff and the veterinarian, Dr. Richardson, who took care of us. Everyone was very loving, caring and compassionate. Everything was explained, and we were given all the time we needed to process things. To those who have left negative reviews because of the cost, let me say that it is not free to provide the care your animals need and that, if you take on the responsibility of having pets, you also take on the financial responsibility for them. I highly recommend Woodland if you are in need of veterinary care.

Second and LAST visit to this hospital. I came here the first time not by choice as someone attacked my other dog. Second trip around was with a different dog and I waited 2 hours. Ridiculous....was waiting for 2 hrs just to get an update on my dog only for them to tell me it would be another two hours to do X-rays and exams. I don’t get it. They have like over 4-5 staff that come in and out to get dogs and. It takes 4 hrs to look at a dog and 2 of them being wasted time before actually doing something? That’s crazy.. I just told them to give me my dog and let me go elsewhere where customers are valued for the money they spend. I would rather my dog be in my arms if he has to die than wait dying to get treatment in a place that has access to save his life. Please do better..you have a nice facility to be so unprofessional to customers like this...

It's a great place to take your pet. They provide all types of services. Sadly, our baby (beagle) Dayja, passed away on Monday (President's Day) from stage 3 liver cancer. We took her to Woodland and they we very professionally and caring.
