I’ve used them twice now for scanning and printing docs. The printing prices were on the high end but good quality so I figure you get what you pay for. I am leaving them 5 stars because the guy who who helped me is amazing. Super sweet young man. While I was there, a guy was sending a scooter back to Amazon and the young man was helping him dismantle the scooter to fit in the box. You won’t find that type of service just anywhere. It was busy in there. The young man stayed calm and polite to everyone.

I had a large package that required to be returned, the girl at the counter said she could not except the package that large. I explained to her that Amazon recommended me to drop it off at that location, and when I presented her the barcode to print the label she said they don’t have that capability. When I questioned it she proceeded to tell me she was pregnant and could not move it , after I brought it in and placed it next to their back room door. when I asked to speak to the manager, she refused to tell me his/her name, or provide me with any contact information.

It's so nice to have an alternative close by and not 20-30 minutes away, and the Post Office which closes at 4:45pm. Most people that work can't make it buy there to drop off packages or have them shipped by that time during the week. Xpress It Shipping provides top notch customer service and stress-free experience. They really take the time and help you make sure every \t\ is crossed and \i\ dotted. Totally recommend!!!
