While replacing the fan on my laptop, I accidentally broke the LCD connector off the motherboard which rendered my laptop useless. The connector needed to be soldered back on, and most repair shops I called did not even have the capability to fix it. The one local shop I found that could do it quoted me 200 for the job. After some research online I found Logistics and contacted them. Ben immediately replied to me and said it would be no problem. He updated me throughout the repair process, and always answered my questions quickly. I had my laptop back shortly after mailing it in, and it works great. The price was very fair, and Ben also applied new thermal paste for free. I am very impressed with the workmanship.
