I was skeptical at first because I've never done a cremation online. I must say they are very professional, they answer all of your questions (and I had plenty}. They returned my calls in a timely manner. Julie made the process quick and painless. I would definitely recommend using their services.

Talk about top notch service especially with their employee- Colton Nix! This was difficult for me to have to use this service due to the unexpected death of my brother but Mr. Colton Nix answered each of my constant calls and questions so fast and amazingly. He also handled my entire situation delicately with patience and understanding. He is so friendly and showed a genuine interest. Also, Julie, helped with the handling of personal effects and was so professional. I am eternally grateful to them both for making such a traumatic situation so much easier! I can imagine the hundreds of customers they must deal with working in a extremely large city and they are pleasant each and every time!

Julie and Colton are two of the most wonderful people. Unfortunately my father passed away very sudden(not covid related). Out of nowhere Illinois Cremation Centers came up on my mom's phone. I called them and couldn't have been more, for lack of a better word, happy. Considering the state I was in calling, they were so helpful and understanding. I just wanted to hug them. Its been necessary for me to utilize the services offered by Illinois Cremation Centers in both 2019 for my cherished only brother and 2020 for my beloved Mother. Its been a particularly difficult time since both instances were both sudden and unanticipated. Both individuals previously indicated a desire for Cremation for their final arrangements and the process was been almost effortless using the Services of Illinois Cremation Center. I highly recommend them for reasons of their contact availability at any hour, their professionalism, helpfulness and efficiency. Its comforting to know that when the unfortunate occurs, you are stressed and your nerves are fried, there is a service ready and available to respectfully handle final arrangements in a timely manner. I seriously don't know what I would have done without the availability of Illinois Cremation Centers.
