Extremely knowledgeable. Extremely professional. We have a 50 year old free standing fireplace with leaking chimney. They did a thorough inspection, complete with comprehensive photos and we had a frank discussion on the options to repair/remove/replace. I was given estimates for everything and service repair recommendations for the work they do not do. I found them through Google search. Extremely satisfied customer. Worth every penny.

The service call was informative. T.J and his assistant Mike know chimneys. I called probably 5 companies in my area and the only one that would come out and inspect the problem for free was Superior Chimney services. T.J advised me on what the problem was and how to get it fixed, but also talked to me about how the chimney works and left me literature. All very helpful information. I would recommend anyone with a brick or stone fire place to call Superior Chimney services first. This company seems to be a throw back to the times when customer service was the number one priority. Thank you T.J and Mike for all the great information.

Despite the seasonal chill, Chris and his partner arrived on time, and did a thorough inspection. The necessary work work was clearly explained, including photos. I’d put this off a long time, so really no surprises about what needed to be done. Work that could be was done immediately, the rest (masonry) scheduled for a more favorable season. Will be using them again when all I need is a routine cleaning.
