Review Update #2: Ed called me back explaining that he had truck trouble and that he should've called us. We rescheduled the service for today, which he made it to on time. We changed the rating from 1 star to 3 stars due to the missed appointment and lack of communication. But otherwise he was very knowledgeable and corrected the issue quickly. Review update: We've waited a day since our scheduled appointment and there's been no communication from the repairman or the office. We've called the repairman multiple times with no answer. We called the office who transferred us to the owner. They were having a conversation, muted my line, then hung up the phone. I called the office again and they took my phone number for a call back and hung up on my mid sentence. Original review: He's been contracted to repair or fridge 2 times. The first time he was a couple hours late but the fridge was repaired. The fridge is in need of unrelated repairs now and again he is late. Window of time was 1-4pm today, it is now after 5pm. His voicemail is full and we can't leave a message.
