THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS. I payed a deposit for a room. I wasn't able to go because they were shut down because of the pandemic. They kept my 650.00 said the owners would not refund it. Very unprofessional do not pay a deposit unless you can go. They do not refund. Do not trust Beverly she gives you the run around.

My parents are here now and during the pandemic we’re not able to cancel reservation even though they had trip insurance. After getting keys 2 hours after they were supposed to they got to their place and it was not cleaned and absolutely filthy !!! Long and foster didn’t offer to clean it either. There is no reason why 2 hard working people should have to clean a place to stay in order to start their vacation. And with a pandemic going on these places should be thoroughly cleaned ! Very disappointed with this realtor and would never ever use them again.

Used twice. I didnt really have any problems they needed to address. They were very nice and helpful and had no issues. I even asked if I could switch parking spots due to size of vehicle and they were able to.
