I'm from Washington Heights in Manhattan and found out about this location via Yelp.. Their Gallery pics are amazing, and the food looked intriguing so I made the trip.... Ladies and Gentleman, I had the Vegan pizza ( No meat or cheese ). DELICIOUS!!! I was pleasantly surprised and will return... I believe they have beer garden as well....
Came here for restaurant week and loved the food, the serving sizes were a little off but other than that I will come back again!
The force is strong with this place. We’re talking Jedi waitstaff who really know the cuisine and who walk the perfect balance between “attentive” and “giving you room to breathe”. I even asked for a recommendation deciding between two wines and I got a sincere answer and not the upsell. For food we all had different, beautiful, personal pizzas but I’d love to go back to try everything else and do a more extended dinner here. That’s how promising everything we experienced was.
This place is such a gem considering lots of bad pizza/Italian restaurants around the area! The Margarita is my fav. Honestly this place is delicious and so affordable! They also have a nice wine selection that doesn’t cost 20 by the glass. Love this spot PS:I’m a picky eater...
5 Stars- staff so friendly and food delicious! Had their house salad, shrimp, calamari and zucchini appetizer and shared a white pizza! Excellent! Bene!
My wife Francesca and I moved to Astoria 6 months ago. By now I think we had all the recommended Italian pizzas of the area. There is no pizza like Sotto le stelle! This is the authentic Italian pizza. Excellent! Great job guys!
I freaking love this place!! I go there way more than I should, but that’s okay because I love it so much and when I die I will not regret any of the times I have gone there! The pizzas are so delicious and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Such a gem of a place! My favorite pizza is the Prosciutto and Arugula, the One with truffle is great too. Will be one of the places I miss the most if I ever leave this neighborhood.
