We hired this company to come out and repair our restaurant oven. They came out, “fixed it”, required a cash payment, and left. The oven was still not working the next day. I called them back to see if someone could take a look again as it says 30 day guarantee on the receipt. He said he would come back the next day. Never showed. I called again a few days later and was told again someone would come out. Again, no show. Called a week later pretty frustrated and asked for someone to either come out or give us a refund and he just said no refunds, new issue. How could you possibly know that? And if the issue remains the same, no, not new issue. He was very rude and that was the end of our interaction. I had a very bad feeling about him from the first interaction and he did not disappoint. Do not hire this company. They are gross and unprofessional. They do not provide even passable work.

I purchased a great looking fridge that seemed to be working just fine. The fridge was 800. Not even a month passed and the freezer stopped working. We sought a few repairmen and were told the fridge needed a 600 part! We called Alfredos and even went in person to get a solution and continue to get the run around. I would ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend this place. You'll have better luck going to Best Buy or any other reputable appliance store. Learn from us. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE.

Stopped by to see if they could come see about me stove not workin . I gave the guy my addresss and he said he was going to meet me there . I got home and waited almost 2 hours they guy never showed up . I called numerous times but no one answered . Around 5pm I drove back to see why he never showed up and they were closed . I’ve been calling since 9am and the line is busy all day . Very unprofessional company .

Bought a washing machine here about two years ago for 250 a broke I need to repair so I went to the guy and he wanted to charge 200 for a pair I went to Sixty6 and Western and got a new wash machine for 150
