Carlos in the video department was fantastic. He helped me out with some technical camera work and explained every step to me as he was doing it. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Not kidding. Ask for Carlos as you won't be disappointed.

I'm a pro photographer and I've been shopping at Authorized for years. I'm giving them five stars with a caveat. The trick to Authorized is to establish a working relationship with one of their awesome associates. Jess Rao and Frank Schlegel are both awesome. Ask for them. Introduce yourself, have a conversation, ask for them when you go back, etc. If you simply walk up to whoever at the counter and ask for help you might get a cold reception and less than stellar service.
