DON'T GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR TIME OR BUSINESS. If there was an option to give this company a negative rating, I gladly would do so. Charm City Cakes West offers a Hanukkah cake on GoldBelly that comes to a total of 90. My mother ordered it and let me tell you, it tasted horrible and after trying to get in contact with a manager no one would try and compensate for our terrible experience. All I have to say is if you are looking for a pretty cake but it will taste like cardboard you found just the perfect bakery. Quickly will spread the word about how this place does business cause it's not professional to say the least.

Cakes are amazing! They are not too sweet but they are amazing each bite. My favorite one is the Green tea cake, which the whole family likes so much. Their small pastries are expected taste and I did nit find them outstanding. The service is as amazing as the cakes though.
Contacted them last minute for a legal wedding since we weren't allowed tonhave our actual wedding. Literally a day before and they made our cake so gorgeous. Delicious. Buttercream heaven. They are so nice amd the prices are amazing.
All I can say is wow!! So many times you encounter a business, and they don't take the time to reply. This Bakery is the exception to the rules. My son wanted a cake, and of course I thought this pandemic would over already. I contacted Charm City Cakes, and sent them the picture of the cake my son wanted. Guess what, they replied in a quick, and prompt manner. That's 5 star service in my book. The cake my son wanted was going to cost a few thousand, and that's because it was a very detailed cake with costly additional parts. If this pandemic was over; I'd definitely get the cake. This year it will just be the four of us: so an extravagant cake would really go to waste. Thanks Charm City Cakes, for your friendly, and genuinely kind responses. Reliable businesses are so rare these days, and this business is very reliable. I recommend this business, and since they take the time to reply to customers; they deserve your business. This is the cake my son wanted, as you can tell..it would take a lot of work.
