I just opened a boutique and placed thousands of dollars on inventory with this company. They DO NOT answer their phone. I had one purse that was grossly defective and two purses that actually smelled like a dead rat. After 3 weeks of leaving messages, I pretended that I needed to place an order then they called me back. At which time I explained the issue with the defective products they told me to just sell the dead rat smell purses to my customers and that they would let me return the defective purse. They then never sent RA and now back to 2 weeks of trying to get a hold of them. Unfortunately I will never use them due to the HORRIBLE customer service. I am in the process of filing a claim with the BBB. Please be aware of this when you order from them. They do ship out quickly and was happy with other merchandise, but as a business owner I cannot do business with someone who is not customer oriented. If your order is wrong you are on your own!
