Everyone here is SO nice! The Downtown Urgent Care had me care of quickly and efficiently after I came back. The wait time was a little long-but that's expected at a walk in place. I do suggest parking in the lot, the is worth it.

Extreme long wait time. 3 hours in line for rapid covid testing, the line was not even long. Bring an umbrella and water bottle. The good thing is they have free parking.

Horrible service. No communication. Waited in line for 2 hours just to be told we needed to wait 2 more hours to see the doctor in order for our insurance to cover the test, or they gave us the option of paying 150 out of pocket and not seeing the doctor. There was zero communication about this while we waited in line for 2 hours. We got scammed and they took 2 hours of our time we will never get back. The ladies working the front desk were very unapologetic too. I was a regular client of this clinic before covid, but they won't get my business anymore. Enjoy you business while it last, because I'm sure you will lose multiple clients from being so inconsiderate.

Don't trust them!!! they will just take your money. They told my mom she was negative for covid (she paid for rapid testing) and she had to go to the ER the same day because she was getting worse and they tested her and she came out positive. How many people have they done this to?!
