I give two stars because I’m happy that they provide free and same day services. As a young woman who is open for therapy and a psychiatrist the Hispanic big guard in the front is extremely rude. Slamming the door in my face when just asking a simple question and answering with attitude. As someone who is stable I find it highly inappropriate for someone to be accepted in a environment that needs patience and understanding.

I would give it zero stars if possible. Took my aunt in and they wouldn't let her in with my uncle. She's mentally unstable and they still didn't let them in together. Security guard was rude and disrespectful. Horrible experience.

1). Our mental health appointment comes first. You may wait 5 - 7 hours, schedule it on a day you dont have anything else to do. 2)Then after you take your meds, whats next to figure out Go in that order. 1 mental health

Emergency mental health services provider to the poor and homeless...would expect a little bit of competence and compassion, which is not to be found here.
