Fountain view is really Not a good place to go to. Yes it seems near by but my brother went there and kept on getting infections and sent in and out the the hospital. Fountain view also saw that the G-tube he had was infected and they said it’s not that important at this time to remove it even though he was not using the G-Tube anymore because he can eat regular food. They waited until he couldn’t eat and had a really high fever and passed out in order to send him to the hospitals where then he ended up going to California. When it came time for him to go back to fountain view facility after being at California for almost 4weeks the staff stole most of his belongings. Then they said he lost his room because they are only able to hold a room for 6 days. Which during this time they should have told his family ahead of time that he will be in jeopardy of losing his room, that way we all could’ve went to go pick up his belongings. When the staff was asked about what happened to his belongings they all began to point the finger at each other. Anyway this is such an horrible facility and should be shut down indefinitely! I from personal experiences give this place a 1 star rating not just because they stole his belongings however as soon as you walk into this facility it smells like the patients have not been cared for at all no matter where you walked you can smell that odor and they need a bath. I can even remember me asking my brother if he took a shower today and he said they only give him a shower once a week. This place is very horrible like if you see that a patients Catheter needs to be changed because it’s cloudy or you see some malfunction going on you need to contact any doctor to see what is the next step in order to keep the patient from catching infectious diseases like Sids says contact either way this facility deserves a one star rating and that’s all I’m gonna say and I’m so grateful he will not be going back there.

Dirty nasty facility. Cnas are nasty. The shower room for the residents are disgusting. Health guide lines are not met at this facility. If your love ones are here please check on them.

My Dad (rm 32A) was admitted late January 2017. At first, I felt the facility was not going to treat or take care of my Dad with the necessary attention he needs and my intentions were to remove him from Fountain View once an opportunity would open up. You'd be surprised what lovely people work there. The Nurses just attend to administering medications but are very polite and answer all questions. The respiratory techs are incredibly awesome and on top of their patients every hour to suction. My admiration esp. to all the CNA 's.... I go to visit my father just about everyday at different times, and the care provided by them is exceptional. Not only because I visit often does it mean that's why they take good care of him. There are other patients sharing the Room with Dad are not visited and yet the vocation of caring and the service provided is extraordinarily. I'm truly impressed; Never judge a book by its cover! I am thankful to all Fountain View Staff for the support and empathy my father and family have received by them.

My mother lives at this facility; however, these stars are not meant to be for the place itself. Rather, these “five stars” go to a very special social worker named “Gigi.” She worked tirelessly to help us find a solution during a moment of crisis, while keeping a cheerful and positive attitude. Gigi took the time to be reassuring during this trying and difficult time, easing my burden by tackling the task at hand, and achieving a successful result. Gigi is the “rockstar” of Fountain View, and I am forever greatful to her.

Terrible place staff are cruel to patients .the doctor never checks on patients the cnas don't report back to doctor. This place should be shut down. I'm sure they're violating patients rights. Im lucky I got out a live. Don't let your love ones end up in this terrible place. Cnas are abusers. Only nice people are the kitchen staff and Tony
