Know what you want before you arrive. The salesman can be arrogant at times. Push back if necessary. If they know so much, why aren't they doing \photography\ for a living.
I needed 6 giclee prints for an art show last minute, with 1 day left to deliver. Paul was very responsive and helpful in making sure I got incredible quality prints, with custom built frames and matte that he added for me with a great discount. This was a rush job, yet everything was ready on time, and the quality of the prints and frames exceeded my expectations. The order was pricier than I was looking to spend (outside of my initial budget) but was a fantastic deal for their quality. I had a great experience here and would recommend for anyone looking for high-quality art prints. My only issue is that I could not get a quote when I consulted with them on the phone initially, which would have been helpful in knowing how much I was looking to spend.

Paul was a life saver! I looked all around Southern California for somebody to print and frame an anniversary gift for my girlfriend. The second I found Paul, I knew he was the guy I wanted to work with. Paul was incredibly helpful in determining the best options (sizing, framing, etc), giving me an idea of how to make the gift look best, and even gave me a quote months in advance. His mantra, “I’ll take care of you,” was exactly right. When my graphic design artist needed some extra time to finish her side of the project, Paul was extremely accommodating. We set a time to meet later, and he was very efficient about taking my files , touching them up, and getting them to me well before the deadline. Plus, it looked amazing, my girlfriend loved it, and the price was very reasonable. For any kind of art project, this is the spot. Paul is a pro, and you will be taken care of
