I bought a device here, and once I charged it it never worked. I came back there 2 hours later and they would not exchange the bunk device that they sold me, nor even trade it out. I was not looking for a return I just wanted to exchange it for a working device and they wouldn’t even do that. Will never come here again

Absolutely terrible customer service. Visited on a Friday night at 9pm and the gentleman working there rushed me out of there from the time I entered till the time I left. He was very hesitant to show me any products due to his bad back that he mentioned several times. He instead insisted I check out the humidor with their cigar selection although I told him I wasn't there to purchase cigars. He actually said at one point, \Let's go\ so I would make my purchase and leave. Extremely rude. Will never go here again. I hope for the owners sake this is not how business is ran there.
