But thanks to Rosalinda Wong and the Fraud dept. she got me a new card and they returned the money into my account within 24 hrs. That's great customer service.!!! Thankyou all, your the best

I went to this bank because I wanted to add my beneficiaries, Veronica told me that she was going to lunch in 10 minutes that she could not do it, if she could return in 1 hour, or that she would send it by fax that appeared on her form. what kind of customer service can this be called, my petition just will take only 3 minutes to add in the computer.

I wish I read the reviews before getting a loan through them. It does seem like they fail to keep in contact with their clients or inform them of anything and end up locking them out or charging them without any prior warnings. It happened to me and now that I am reading reviews, I am certainly not the only one.

So easy. I applied for a car loan and got a great rate. Never even had to leave my house. They turned it around quickly, sent me everything to sign via docu-sign and then they fed ex the check to the dealer. And on Wednesday I'll have a new car!
