We had bedbugs here. The company didn't respond to our pleas for getting an exterminator until we threatened to report them. The exterminator came 25 days after the bedbugs were reported to them. People high on drugs were cool for the most part but two tenants were heavily belligerent. Stole my stuff. One was talking to himself at night so I couldn't get any sleep for school everyday. The company MBG housing is now under a different name but they tried to take money from me by reporting I had been staying longer at the property without payment but I have texts proving I gave them notice I was going to move out and I paid them in full. Shady people in charge and they don't take care of the property. I urge any readers to find other housing and good luck!
