These people are the worst. Zero customer support after a botched delivery and install and they think waiting 3-4 weeks for a reschedule which is assuming they can sort it in that timeframe. Just a bait and switch job shop. Go anywhere else.
If I could give NO stars to Pacific Sales, I would. About two years ago my wife and I bought between 30,000 and 40,000 of Fair Traded appliances from the Chatsworth store. Our salesman promised that when we were ready to buy a washer and dryer, he would give us a great deal. Well we were ready to buy, but needed to do a little research on what we wanted. We were in the WLA area and decided to stop in Best Buy, in which the Pacific Sales was located. We walked up to Ivan and told him our story and he just looked at us and said, well the washers and dryers are over there and started to walk away. I asked him to give us a little education about them and he informed me that he wasn’t going to make anything on the sale and he wasn’t interested in assisting us. We were floored with his response and asked for the manager. He pointed to a man and so we walked up to him. He basically said the same thing. The store works on quotas and if we were going to buy from another Pacific Sales location, they weren’t going to waste their time on us. Totally frustrated, we asked to speak with the manager of Best Buy. He was amazed but told us that they had no authority over the Pacific Sales policies. He suggested speaking with Ronald, the manager. It turned out the Ivan lied about who the manager was. I found Ronald and realized he witnessed the whole conversation and did nothing about it. When I confronted Ronald, he just shrugged his shoulders and explained that if his store didn’t get credit for the sale, he didn’t want his people spending their time. I said that there wasn’t a sole in the store and three of his salespeople were standing around chitchatting with one another. His response was “well if they’re helping you and someone else needs assistance, they won’t be available.” This corporate culture is most disturbing. I will never set foot into a Pacific Sales store again and will do anything I can to educate the public on their selfish, lack of customer care.
Very good service. They return your call when you have a question. Manny is very knowledgeable, and spends time explaining everything. Definitely recommend them
Be Very Careful If Considering Buying Here..... I went to buy an expensive refrigerator and from them & at the last second the ugly truth appeared. The free delivery seems to be a scam. The lady told me that they strongly recommend paying 125 for delivery because the free delivery service usually damages the appliances, and taking the old refrigerator away is 25 extra. Then she said \I'm just being honest\, I appreciate her honesty but Pacific Appliance seems to be a large scale scam business. I'm going back to Sears Outlet in Torrance to buy the exact same brand new refrigerator for the exact same price and pay 84 that includes delivery & take away the old unit. They also have at least 150 refigerators at Sears Outlet & have a better Warranty than Pacific Sales / Best Buy.
