Purchased an extra firm mattress from them in November 2016. They said there was a 5-year warranty if used without a boxspring and a 10-year warranty if used with a boxspring. Less than 5 years went by and the bed is not holding up as firm as before. Certain parts are not as firm as others any more. I contacted them about the warranty and what my options were. They informed me that they were refusing to honor their warranty. I would not recommend them and will definitely not be going back to them.

Just bought a mattress from Ramin and we are super thrilled! We had previously bought a cheap mattress online and had to return it because it wasn't a fit. When we walked into the Mattress Shop, we knew we had found our place... Ramin was welcoming, knowledgeable, and wasn't pushy at all. The mattresses are reasonably priced and they were able to arrange delivery easily for us. Feeling very good about this purchase. (And shout-out to Leo, the cute dog/store mascot!)

Great price and wonderful service! We were looking at beds during the busiest time of year. Both Robin and Javier took great care of us, went above and beyond as well as taking the stress out of the process. Anyone shopping for a mattress needs to come in before they buy anywhere else.

Mike Strand was a great help, we moved here all the way from Florida with no bed and mattress and Mike was able to meet our needs right there and then.

I usually don’t leave too many reviews but thought this one is a must, we were searching for a mattress last year for my daughter and it had to be custom because of where we wanted to have the mattress and after tons of phone calls, and emails we finally found Paramount Mattress. My husband and I spoke with Steve and Hector (the owners) and they were extremely patient and took the time to explain materials, and the quality of said materials. After 1 year of her sleeping on it (occasionally lil bro) it is in great condition and we now know we were pointed in the right direction and would highly recommend Paramount Mattress to anyone looking to have good quality materials and a positive buying experience!
