I was skeptical about starting school and potentially a new career later in life (38 years old) and with a full time job. Recording connection makes it work. All course work is online so you work on it in your own time. The weekly zoom sessions with the mentor are super beneficial and being able to intern in an actual studio is invaluable. Perfect combo of self taught lessons and hands on work to put theory to practice. You get out of this what you put in and recording connection provides the solid foundation you need. Shout out to Alex Solis at recording connection and Johnny Terrell at soul haven studio for all your help.

This program was really flexible with the timing of when I could come in for my studio hours. This was probably one of the biggest worries for me, considering I work as well as attend this program. This program allowed me to have hands on experiences with the equipement. This gave me so much motivation to keep learning more. I am confident that I can run a recording session from start to finish.

The Recording Connection Audio Institute is really a school to go to if you wanna get into audio engineering, music producing, or Film production/Editing. What makes this school unique is that once you pick one of there many programs. You get to work with a professional hands-on and get to see how they work right in front of you and learn from the best.

At the beginning my decision to start the music production program was very indecisive. Now being six months into the program I have come to find out that it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. My mentor (Rene Reyes out of Rebel 11 Studios in Miami) and my advisor (Nico Farias out of Los Angeles) have been with me every step of the way and have been extremely helpful. The progress that I have made in this program is far beyond what I would’ve ever expected. I have already produced, written, and performed vocals on two of my very own songs that I am extremely proud of. I am so excited to see what the future holds for me within the music industry and I owe it all to The Recording Radio Film Connection! I am looking very much forward to being able to share my success story with the school and all of their upcoming students of finally being able to having my dream career! It truly is never to late!
