Ambulances from this place fly through my neighborhood several times a week, which is just down the street from their location in Wayson's Corner. I assume they are test-driving them after doing maintenance. They don't even slow down when our kids are out playing, and routinely go 40-45 mph in a 25.

I was just transported by All American Ambulance Transport service from Anne Arundel County Hospital to a rehab facility in Crofton. Caitlyn Epps and Larry Barnett were the professionals who handled the transport. They were compassionate courteous and made the trip easy for me. I was experiencing a lot of hip pain When I left the hospital. They both took time to make sure my comfort was addressed. They checked in with me during the trip to make sure I was okay. They did a good job. I would highly recommend AAA TRANSPORT. And I would recommend these two as top-notch employees. They did a very good job and very professional. I'm glad they handled this trip for me.

Thank God the past 4 years at least I haven't been a customer, I have NEVER had a bad experience. Always respectful, courteous, and on time. Only 1 incident in 4 yrs I recall and they kept me posted and with apologies. (Driver had a flat). So, I'm very happy when I ride!

I don't quite get why it should take over 24-48 hours to send a fax, as was put to me by L. Johnson of All American Ambulance's accounting department and someone (to bad I didn't get her name) on her staff. I called numerous times to have a fax sent, a fax!, and was told oh it takes at least 24 hours and when I kindly responded that it had been 24 hours since the request I was told oh well; 48, really!!?? It's sad when you can't get good customer service - I'm not a regular customer and I probably will never be - first impression is EVERYTHING!

Well let me start by saying trip a will get you where you need to go. But if you get there on time it's a miracle. When your appointment is finished you'll be waiting for a while 2 get back home. The vans are smelly and not to mention dispatch is rude as hell if you call and ask where your ride is? Half the time they lie and say they are en route when in fact they won't be there for another 30 Minutes because they're last call was 5 counties away. They need more drivers so people get 2 they're pickups sooner they need to have drivers on standby 2 pick up people who are finished before the hour.now the drivers are excellent they really work hard. & are sweet people Debbie who lives in Lusby drives all the way to waysons. She is the nicest person. Another great driver is Audrey J. She will go out of her way to make u feel comfortable. Will play your favorite music and has even gave a patient her last cold soda because she was overheated & thirsty. They're are a plenty of awesome drivers at Trip. A! If they hired more drivers and taught dispatch how to talk 2 people politely with customer service they would have more business and happier customers!
